Mathematical Errors
1) Equations: eqn 1.1.3 thru eqn 1.1.5 on the right hand side of the equal sign; should all have:
(delta internal energy) and not (internal energy plus delta internal energy)
as is written in the first edition of Part 1. Spotted by Alex Driega March 15 2015
